MailKit is an Open Source cross-platform .NET mail-client library that is based on MimeKit and optimized for mobile devices.

* Updated MailKit to fully support async IO instead of using Task.Run() wrappers.
* Fixed a resource leak when fetching IMAP body parts gets an exception.
* Fixed each of the Client.Connect() implementtions to catch exceptions thrown by IProtocolLogger.LogConnect().
