DevExpress.Utils NuGet Package

The DevExpress.Utils package contains shared WinForms UI infrastructure used by DevExpress controls: the skinning/theming engine, low-level GDI+/Direct2D painting helpers, common editor/panel base controls, popup menus, drag-and-drop, accessibility (UI Automation).

When you use related DevExpress WinForms UI Controls, this package is installed automatically as a transitive dependency.

• Skins and Themes: the shared appearance layer that supports rendering any control with DevExpress skins, Office-style themes, and flat or 3D styles.
• Shared Painting Infrastructure: the low-level drawing abstraction reused by DevExpress controls.
